This partnership is an excellent avenue that provides quality employees
for our local businesses and successful employment for individuals with
disabilities.
Employer Services
Our team of professional Employment Specialists work to match the skills and interests of job seekers with your specific requirements. There is no fee to the employer, and we take care of all applicant screening and referrals, plus staff are available to provide additional support if needed.
Assessment Services
Columbia Industries also partners with local business to complete trial work experiences. These assessments offer our participants the chance to perform job duties in a real work environment. Companies participating in an assessment assist with the skill evaluation process and are not responsible for wages or liability. Trial work experiences help to evaluate a job seeker's potential for successful employment.

Job seeker skills and interests are matched to specific jobs in our community in an effort to ensure successful placement. Once a job seeker has obtained employment, on-the-job coaching, support services, and retention assistance can be provided to help the employee learn their specific job duties and have a positive outcome for both the employee and employer.
