Client Positions

We routinely take applications for clients with disabilities. In order to ensure that your application is processed correctly, please submit the following information with your completed application:

Copy of your Social Security Card
Copy of a picture ID (Driver’s License, State ID, ASB Card, etc.)
Copy INS Card if not a US resident
If available, a copy of documentation of your disability from either: Doctor, Psychiatrist, or School Psychiatrist (IEP)
Guardianship papers if under 18 or legal guardianship

Columbia Industries will conduct a thorough background check on all potential participants. Please make sure all information is complete and accurate on your application.
